These Terms govern your use of Julia, an AI assistant operated by Handshake Labs, Inc. By texting Julia or using our web workspace, you agree to these Terms.
Service
Julia helps small businesses with phone reception, lead response, scheduling, and email drafts. Features vary by plan. The service is provided “as is” during beta; we may change or discontinue features with notice where practical.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep connected accounts authorized.
- Use Julia in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms (including Google and Meta).
- Do not use Julia for unlawful, abusive, or spam activity.
Messaging
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop messages by texting STOP.
Connected accounts
When you connect Google, you grant Julia read-only access to Gmail and Calendar as described at connect time. You may revoke access at any time from the connect hub or your Google account settings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handshake is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Julia. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
